Job content
You are responsible for the PMO processes. This means that you plan and organize all SAP projects carefully. You report the project status against high level milestones, and budget/actual of the manpower. You are also responsible for the Project standards, procedures and policies. Risk and issue management is also your responsibility. You assist the Project Manager in establishing and orienting project teams. You implement and support methodologies and project management tools. You monitor and control budget, project tasks and project deliverables.

Profile
You have knowledge of one or more PM Methodologies. A minimum of 10 years experience in SAP-project management functions is necessary. You have proven ability to run a SAP PMO and knowledge of project management techniques is desirable. You have completed 3 to 4 full life cycle implementations in SAP projects. You have experience in administrating team & project planning. A general overview knowledge of major SAP modules is required. You have experience in coaching and coordinating teams. You have good planning skills A strong overall knowledge of SAP is also required. You are pro-active, result driven and dead-line oriented. You are a teamplayer with strong communication capabilities and interpersonal skills. You are able to get tasks done and organized independently. You have a service-minded attitude. You know how to put flexibility in your work schedule and execution of tasks. You are able to manage various tasks simultaneously.
